Singapore Green Plan

Definition. The Singapore Green Plan is a national sustainability roadmap that sets out targets across areas such as energy, transport, waste, and green spaces to advance the country towards a low carbon and resource efficient future. It is an example of policy aimed at achieving inclusive and sustainable growth.

By embedding environmental goals into national planning, it seeks to balance continued economic development with the long term protection of the natural environment for future generations.
